William Lemmon, CEO
Bill has been active in real estate development, construction, property management and real estate appraising for more than 50 years. He has built a variety of commercial buildings including senior living communities (independent, assisted living, and memory care), shopping centers, office buildings, college residence halls, group homes, a large church and a golf course. Bill has been the developer of more than 30 subdivisions in Stark, Summit, Portage and Tuscarawas counties. He is involved in the development, construction, and/or management of approximately 2,500 apartments in the Akron, Canton and Columbus markets as well as commercial properties. Bill received his BS and MBA from The Ohio State University.
Dan DeHoff, Principal
Dan has spent the past 25 years in charge of the industrial, office and retail development for the DeHoff Portfolio and related entities, as well as financing, planning, land development and construction administration for emerging projects. He is directly responsible for marketing existing and emerging real estate projects to the brokerage and development community as well as site feasibility analysis throughout northeast Ohio and the Midwest. Dan is the majority owner of MBC Management Company and directs the management of several mixed-use commercial projects and residential projects. Dan’s project experience includes a 120-room hotel, a 175-acre mixed-use community shopping center, 900 units of senior living units across NE Ohio.
JUSTIN, COO
As COO of DeHoff Development, Lemmon Development, Kingsbury Living, McKinley Construction, and Brookwood Management, Justin Logan oversees daily operations, strategic execution, and project alignment across a diverse portfolio of residential, senior living, industrial, office, and retail developments in Ohio. He plays a key role in site selection, project planning, and construction management. With a background in healthcare finance, Justin previously managed financial planning for a 2,200-bed post-acute healthcare organization. His expertise in financial strategy and operational efficiency drives sustainable real estate development and community growth.
