Bill has been active in real estate development, construction, property management and real estate appraising for more than 50 years. He has built a variety of commercial buildings including senior living communities (independent, assisted living, and memory care), shopping centers, office buildings, college residence halls, group homes, a large church and a golf course. Bill has been the developer of more than 30 subdivisions in Stark, Summit, Portage and Tuscarawas counties. He is involved in the development, construction, and/or management of approximately 2,500 apartments in the Akron, Canton and Columbus markets as well as commercial properties. Bill received his BS and MBA from The Ohio State University.
Brian provides the company a broad background with 20 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, property management, development, accounting and construction. After obtaining a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Brian continued to hone his skills and currently holds active licenses as a CPA and Ohio Real Estate Broker. He obtained the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation which recognizes experts in the commercial and investment real estate industry. Away from work, Brian enjoys family activities as well as past and current involvement with Akron Children’s Hospital, The Wilderness Center, Rivertree Christian Church, and Canton Rotary among others.
Tony Perez is a Principal of Lemmon Development and has over 18 years of experience in construction and development. Tony has built and managed over 800,000 square feet of senior living, multifamily and over 1,000,000 square feet of retail. Tony is responsible for site selection, municipality liaison, plan development and construction management of projects. Prior to joining Lemmon Development, Tony was employed as a Project Manager for 4 years by a national retailer. In that capacity, he has traveled around the country supervising multiple construction projects at any one time. Tony’s strength lies in his ability to work closely with owners, designers, contractors, and government officials to bring high-quality projects in on-budget and on-time.
Richard Costin Jr., Principal
Rich, a Principal with Lemmon Development, has over 33 years of construction experience. He has been with Lemmon Development for 20 of those years. Rich has been a crucial voice in the creation of a mixture of projects with the company. He has been involved with the construction of approximately
1200 apartments. Rich has also been a key figure in many other projects including residence halls,
commercial properties, senior housing, a golf course and over 20 residential land developments. Rich’s
versatility to work on such a diverse classification of ventures is invaluable to the Lemmon Development team.
Dan is a Principal with Lemmon Development and brings over 19 years of commercial real estate sales, leasing, and development experience. He has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, as the President of NAI Spring Dan actively manages several commercial and industrial agents representing numerous clients throughout Ohio. In addition, Dan actively represents owners and tenants on sales and leasing of office, industrial, retail and land. Dan holds the prestigious SIOR Designation (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors). Dan’s responsibilities with Lemmon Development include site selection and working with potential clients. He has been a real estate broker since 2001. Past experience includes being a commercial real estate agent with George N., Swallow Commercial Realty 1999-2001, General Electric Plastics 1997-1999 (Rated A-1 Employee), and John Deere Consumer products (1997). Dan is married with two children.
Brenda Satterfield has been in Senior Living for 19 years, largely in the Chief Financial Officer position. Most of her experience is in large multi-location skilled nursing and she found her way to assisted living in 2014. She loves the residential senior environment that gives seniors exceptional quality of life with the care and comfort of assisted living. She received her BS in Accounting in 1987 from The University of Akron and her MBA in 2012 from Walsh University.
